1. Who we are

Swervve is an independent studio that designs and sells digital planners, workbooks and tools. In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Swervve; "you" means the person using the site or buying a product. Contact: hello@swervve.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent where you live, if higher) to use this site or buy a product. By purchasing, you confirm you meet this requirement and that the information you give us is accurate.

3. Digital products & delivery

Every Swervve product is a digital file — a printable PDF or an offline HTML application. Nothing physical is shipped. Files are delivered automatically after payment clears: as a download link on this site, or through your Etsy account when purchased on Etsy. It is your responsibility to download your files and keep a copy; download links may expire.

4. Licence & permitted use

Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user licence to use the product for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may print Swervve printables as many times as you like for yourself and your household.

You may not: resell, sub-license, share, gift, lend, redistribute or make available any Swervve file or its pages, in whole or in part, with or without modification; upload it to any website, drive, group or marketplace; use it to create a competing or derivative product; use it for commercial purposes, in a business, or with clients; or remove any Swervve branding or notices. A separate commercial or extended licence is not offered at this time.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this site and in every product — the designs, layouts, text, methods, frameworks (including named methods such as "The QUIET Method", "The WORTH Method" and "The SETTLE Method"), illustrations, and the Swervve name and logo — is owned by Swervve or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

6. Pricing & payment

Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and may change at any time; the price that applies is the one shown when you complete your order. Purchases on Etsy are processed by Etsy under Etsy's terms. Direct purchases on this site (where available) are processed by a third-party payment provider; we do not receive or store your full card details.

7. Refunds

Because products are digital and delivered instantly, they cannot be returned and all sales are final. This does not affect any statutory rights you have that cannot be waived. If a file is corrupt, incomplete, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days at hello@swervve.com and we will repair it, replace it, or refund you. Purchases made on Etsy are additionally covered by Etsy's buyer policies — raise those through Etsy so they link to your order.

8. Not professional advice

Swervve's wellness and mental-health workbooks are self-help tools. They are not therapy, counselling, diagnosis, treatment, or medical, psychological, financial or legal advice, and are not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. Nothing in a Swervve product creates a therapeutic or professional relationship. If you are in crisis or your safety is at risk, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line now (in the US and Canada, call or text 988). Use of our products is at your own discretion and risk.

9. The Wedding Planner App

The app runs offline in a desktop browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari on Mac or Windows). Mobile and tablet use is not supported or guaranteed. Your planning data is stored only in your own browser on your device — nothing is uploaded to us or anyone else, and we cannot see, back up or recover data you lose. Export your JSON backup regularly. Clearing your browser data will erase your work.

10. Acceptable use of the site

You agree not to misuse the site: no attempting to gain unauthorised access, probing or scanning for vulnerabilities, scraping or bulk-downloading content, introducing malware, overloading the site, or using it in breach of any law. We may suspend or block access to anyone who does.

11. Third-party links & platforms

The site links to third-party sites and platforms (including Etsy, Pinterest, and others). We are not responsible for their content, products or practices, and their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

12. Disclaimers

The site and products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that any workbook or method will produce a particular result — outcomes depend on you.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Swervve will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or a product. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Swervve harmless from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site or a product.

15. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect and how we use it. In short: this is a mostly static site with no analytics or advertising trackers; we collect only what is needed to deliver your order, answer your emails, or send a newsletter you asked for; and we never sell your information.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version always lives on this page, with the "last updated" date above. Continuing to use the site or buy from us after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, where Swervve operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, the UK, or elsewhere, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence, and may bring proceedings there where the law allows.

18. General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any product-specific licence notes, are the entire agreement between you and Swervve regarding the site and your purchases.
