Digital products
Every Swervve product is a digital file — a printable PDF or an offline HTML app. Nothing physical is shipped. Files are delivered automatically after payment: as a direct download here, or through your Etsy account when purchased on Etsy.
Licence & use
Your purchase grants a single-user licence for personal use. You may print Swervve planners for your own use. You may not resell, share, redistribute, sublicense, or use any Swervve file for commercial purposes. All designs, text and layouts remain the copyright of Swervve.
Refunds
Because products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final. If a file is faulty or you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days and we will fix it or issue a refund. Purchases made on Etsy are also covered by Etsy’s buyer policies.
The Wedding Planner App
The app runs offline in a desktop browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari on Mac or Windows). Mobile and tablet use is not guaranteed. Your data is stored only in your own browser — nothing is uploaded to any server, and we cannot recover data you lose. Export your JSON backup regularly.
Privacy
If you buy directly from this site, we collect only what is needed to process your order and deliver your files. We do not sell your information. If you join the calm list, you can unsubscribe at any time.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always lives on this page.
